The Architectural Review Committee created a pre-approved exterior paint palette, which homeowners will choose from when repainting their homes. This paint palette was presented to the Board of Directors at Aberdeen’s Annual Meeting June 11, 2015. The Board reviewed and approved the color palette.  You can view the pre-approved color palette by clicking here.

There are forty-five color schemes from which to choose. Color schemes must be selected as a unit; combining of colors from different schemes is not permitted. The first nine color schemes were selected from Olympic Paints (Lowe’s) and the remainder were chosen from Sherwin Williams paints. Colors may be matched to whatever brand of paint you wish to use.
